A Gold Full Hunter Keyless Lever Calendar Quarter Repeater Chronograph Pocket Watch C1890

Dial: A perfect white enamel dial with Arabic numerals and outer tachymetric scale. The dial has a window at nine o'clock for the day and a window at three o'clock for the month. The seconds dial is at six o'clock with an aperture for the phase of the moon. The date ring is at twelve o'clock. The original rose coloured Louis XVI style hands with a blued steel chronograph centre second hand.

Case: The massive 18ct rose gold full hunting case with plain front and back covers. The repeater and chronograph pushers located on the side of the case. The inner cover is engraved with the medals of honour won and a description of the movement. The cases are all Swiss hallmarked and numbered.

Movement: The fine Swiss keyless lever movement fully jewelled with compensation balance and Breguet overcoil hairspring. The hammers and gongs are visible as is the chronograph mechanism which is located on the backplate of the movement. The watch chimes beautifully and works well.

This pocket watch is a fine example of Swiss workmanship at it's best. The condition of this pocket watch is amazing and it would compliment one's collection.
