Cartier Rare Tri-Colour Gold Diamond Vendome Pendant Watch

A rare vintage 18k tri-colour diamond pendant watch by Cartier from the Vendome collection. Featuring a silver dial, roman numerals, blue steeled sword shaped hands and Cartier's own hidden signature at 'VII'. This manual winding watch is also fitted with a sapphire glass.

Complimenting the dial is a gold bezel set with 55 single cut diamonds with an approximate total weight of 0.44ct. The pendant measures 26mm in width and 36mm in height, is suspended from a 24 inch bi-colour link chain that finishes with a discreet push clasp and has a gross weight of 54.23 grams.
