A Portugieser Perpetual Calendar men's wristwatch, made from 18k rose gold, by IWC.

The phenomenal black dial, with applied arabic numbers, is packed with features such as a date and 7 day power reserve indicator at 3 o'clock, month sub-dial at 6 o'clock, year aperture between 7 and 8 o'clock, small seconds and weekday sub-dial at 9 o'clock and a moonphase aperture at 12 o'clock. 

The dial is secured behind a fixed 18k rose gold bezel and protected with a sapphire crystal. The reverse side shows off an impressive automatic movement through an exhibition caseback.
