A women's vintage Cocktail wristwatch, by Patek Philippe, with a manual wind movement.

The silver dial with applied hour markers is protected by a sapphire crystal and surrounded by a fixed white gold bezel, set with 20 round brilliant cut diamonds.

Crafted from 18k white gold, the watch is fitted to an integrated bracelet which is secured by an 18k white gold jewellery style clasp.

The watch is in excellent condition and comes with a presentation box and an extract from the archives, confirming the original date of sale as January, 1968.
