A Complications Calatrava Pilot Travel Time men's wristwatch, by Patek Philippe.

The blue varnished dial with applied arabic numbers displays dual time, has a date sub-dial at 6 o'clock, and day/night indicators in apertures. Sapphire crystal protects the front of the dial as well as the exhibition caseback, where the automatic movement can be viewed. 

In excellent condition, the timepiece is crafted from 18k white gold and is fitted to an original navy blue leather strap with an original 18k white gold pin buckle.
