Patek Philippe Ellipse Jumbo Cufflinks Yellow Gold

A pair of 18k yellow gold large Ellipse cufflinks by Patek Philippe. Each cufflink is set with a sunburst blue panel surrounded by a high polish border. The cufflinks measure 2.2cm in width, 1.9cm in height, and 2.2cm in depth. With t-bar fittings, the cufflinks have a gross weight of 26.1 grams.
