Patek Philippe Ellipse Large Yellow Gold Cufflinks

A pair of 18k yellow gold large Ellipse cufflinks by Patek Philippe. Each cufflink has a blue centre surrounded by yellow gold. Measuring 19mm in height and 22mm in width. The cufflinks have T-bar fittings and have a gross weight of 25.9 grams.
