Patek Philippe Open Face Pocket Watch Vintage Yellow Gold 722

A vintage open face pocket watch in yellow gold by Patek Philippe. The silvered dial features raised Breguet numerals, gilt Breguet style hands and a small seconds display at 6 o'clock. Fitted with plastic glass and a manual wind chronometer movement which can be seen under the inner cuvette case. Do note the cuvette case does have a personal engraving.

The piece is in fine condition and comes with our presentation box and an Extract from the Archives confirming the original date of sale as April 1947.
