A ladies Twenty~4 wristwatch, in 18k white gold, by Patek Philippe. Featuring a silver dial with diamond set hour markers and roman numerals VI and XII. Complementing the dial is a diamond set bezel, case and crown.

Fitted with a sapphire crystal, quartz movement and an 18k white gold diamond set bracelet with a concealed double deployant clasp. 

The watch is set with 34 single cut diamonds and a total of approximately 253 diamonds.

Comes with a presentation box and papers dated July 2006.
