Rolex Prince Brancard Ref 1490 9k White & Yellow Gold

A Rare vintage 9k white and yellow gold Rolex Prince Brancard ref: 1490, another fine example of a rare Rolex creation. Featuring its original silver dial with gilt borders, applied gilt baton hour markers with Arabic numeral quarters and subsidiary seconds below 6. The watch is encased with a rectangle flared 9K white gold and yellow gold case, which has English import marks for 1930.

Fitted with a generic brown leather strap and gold plated pin buckle. A mineral glass covers the dial and the timepiece is powered by a manual wind movement fully signed Rolex.

Given its age the watch is in excellent condition and comes with our own presentation box, our one-year warranty and our certificate of authenticity.

Adding a touch of historical charm, the case back bears an engraving that reads "J.H.A.M. 4-1-49," enhancing the watch's unique character and hinting at its intriguing past. To come across such a limited timepiece is rare and would make a wonderful addition to a collector's horological collection.
