Rolex Rare Submariner Date Red Writing Vintage Stainless Steel Mark VI 1680

An Oyster Perpetual Submariner Date Red Writing men's wristwatch, in stainless steel. 

This rare vintage wristwatch is a Submariner 1680; a watch that is incredibly sought after and one that every watch aficionado wants in their collection. As well as being the only Submariner to be produced with the red writing, it was also the first to offer the date function and to feature a plastic glass. This is a Mark VI variant shown by the feet first with closed sixes configuration.

The watch features a stainless steel bi-directional rotatable bezel with 60 minute graduations on the black bezel insert, a stainless steel oyster bracelet and a stainless steel oysterlock deployant clasp.
