A very rare stainless steel oyster perpetual Comex Submariner, stainless steel oyster bracelet, automatic movement, plastic glass, bi-directional rotating bezel,inexcellent condition. The original \'Pre-Comex\' matt dial isin exceptional condition.The back of the case is inscribed with the Comex number 2**The 5514 Submariner is a unique reference which was designed for Comex and was never available to the public. It also has a Helium Escape Valve on the case at 9 0\'clock like the sea-dweller.Last serviced by Rolex UK in December 2005 and hasn\'t been worn since.An authentication letter from Rolex UK (Mr Hudson) dated August 2005 confirming the watch was delivered to the Comex factory in France on 1st October 1974.It comes with an original box, green hanging tags, 200m / 660ft anchor & undated papers.
