A vintage mens 34mm dress wristwatch in 18ct yellow gold by Vacheron Constantin. Featuring a silver dial with a small seconds display at 6 o'clock and Arabic numbers 3,9 & 12. Fitted with plastic glass, a manual wind movement and a new generic brown leather strap set with a generic gold plated pin buckle.
