Volta 18ct rose gold minute repeater calendar chronograph full hunter keyless lever pocket watch, C1880s.

Dial: The white enamel dial with Arabic numerals and outer minute track for the chronograph hand. The dial set with apertures for the Day Month and Lunar Cycle. The top sub dial shows the date and the bottom sub dial has the second hand with the lunar dial. The dial is complimented with beautiful Louis XVI style hands and blued steel centre second chronograph hand.

Case: The Full Hunter case with vacant cartouche and engine turned engraving to the front and back of the case. The repeater button is at six and the chronograph button is at two. The cases are all Swiss hallmarked and signed Volta. The inner cuvette is signed Volta and has a full description of the movement also showing all the Medals of Honeur won in Paris, Chicago and Milan. 

Movement: The fully jewelled keyless lever movement with the chronograph workings on the back plate. Hammers visible chiming the Hours Quarters and Minutes.

The Day and Month are written in Portuguese showing that this watch could have been made for the Brazilian Market.
