Rolex. A 9ct Rose Gold Keyless Lever Half Hunter Pocket Watch C1924.

Dial: The perfect white enamel dial simply signed Rolex with Roman numerals, outer minute track and subsidiary seconds dial at six o'clock. The original blued steel double spade hands and blued steel seconds hand complimenting the dial beautifully.

Case: The excellent condition 9ct rose gold case with half hunter aperture to the front case with Roman numerals inlaid with blue enamel. The case back is plain, as is the inner case back.The cases are all signed Rolex 7 world records gold medal Geneve -Suisse, RWCLtd in an oval cartouche. The cases bear the hallmarked import marks for Glasgow 1924 and all cases are numbered.

Movement: The superb keyless lever nickel finished movement fully signed Rolex Lever Swiss Made. The movement is fully jewelled with compensation balance, slow fast regulation and blued over coiled hair spring. The watch is in excellent working order.

This half hunter pocket watch is rare because very few Rolex pocket watches had the cases actully made by Rolex. Movements were imported and then Alfred Dennison would make the cases for them. This watch is also in pristine condition which is like New Old stock NOS. It would make an excellent addition to one's collection.
